Currently the big push in social proof is getting more reviews. This is still important but things are changing. People may look at your overall rating and look at some negative reviews to see if there is a pattern but that’s about it.
People are going tribal and word of mouth has taken on a whole new meeting. You need to position yourself online in Facebook groups, meet-ups, Linkedin groups, blog comments, etc.
This is where social proof is happening today and you need to make sure you’re part of it.
